Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM systems</li> <li>Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools</li> <li>Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday</li> <li>Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday</li> <li>Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project</li> <li>Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership</li> <li>Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals</li> <li>Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives</li> <li>Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years relevant work experience with up to date Workday Certification AND/OR 1+ year hands-on Workday Data experience &amp; 2 or more full life cycle Workday implementations</li> <li>2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience &amp; ability to travel up to 10%</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior Federal HR/IT Experience</li> <li>Developed understanding and demonstration o
