We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)  to enhance our team. Together we are paving the way to make dermatology accessible to everyone!

WHAT'S YOUR ROLE?

• End-to-End Recruitment - You are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting beginning from active sourcing, prescreening relevant documents to conduct qualitative interviews up to the contract offer

• Brand Ambassadorship - You are an ambassador for the Formel Skin's brand and culture. You should embody the company's values, effectively communicate its mission and vision, and promote a positive candidate experience

• Stakeholder Management - Coaching the hiring managers is part of your daily work. You advise them on the recruiting process, discuss their priorities and requirements accompany them in the main interview

• Building up Talent Acquisition - You start to build up the Talent Acquisition department at Formel Skin. Your implement key processes to empower Formel Skin to further scale and to find the best candidates on the market

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SHINE?

• Work Experience - You gained experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar HR Role where you have independently carried out the complete recruiting life cycle and implementing new processes to scale Talent Acquisition

• Recruiting Techniques - You know related selection methods like active sourcing, building talent pipelines, managing candidates, competency-based interviews, etc.

• Assertiveness - You have a proactive and strong personality that stands up for your convictions and is solution-oriented

• Communication and Empathy - Clear communication and a high candidate and stakeholder orientation are among your strengths. In addition, you have a feeling for suitable candidates

• Relationship Building -  Building strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership and team members is essential. You should be able to effectively collaborate, understand their needs, and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition, while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism

• Start-up Knowledge and Conceptual Skills - You should have a deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem and be able to develop and implement first class talent acquisition processes. 

• Language - You are fluent in English. German skills are ideal but not mandatory
