As a Sr. Principal Program Manager, you will leverage your technical knowledge and strong program management skills to initiate, plan, and lead complex programs across cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in defining objectives, setting project milestones, tracking progress, and solving obstacles to ensure timely and successful delivery. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical objectives and partnering with multiple stakeholders—including product, engineering, and executive leaders—to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead cross-organizational program execution, involving both technical and business units.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and status reports; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and executives.
- Identify and resolve project issues, making informed decisions and timely trade-offs where needed.
- Propose and implement standardized business processes and best practices for project delivery.
- Analyze industry trends and customer data to inform strategic planning and business decisions.
- Provide leadership and coordination for high-visibility special projects, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Establish measurable success criteria and operational excellence benchmarks.
- Ensure program documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant program or project management experience, ideally in technology or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with engineers, business staff, and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership and driving program success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or platform services.
- Skilled in using data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and associated tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Technically proficient and able to quickly learn new tools and software.
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
