Position Overview

Overseeing all shipping and receiving tasks for Chantilly, Jacksonville and Orlando (Veraxx) offices. Responsible for creating and managing inventory system, including GFE.

Responsibilities

• All Shipping-includes generating outgoing labels for all Veraxx sites, tracking freight/high dollar items to domestic bases and through customs for international sites, chasing down FedEx issues
• All Receiving- includes opening packages to verify part #s, quantities received, marking up packing slips and POs, marking PRFs as received, accepting in Costpoint
• Inventory control in RFGen (or alternate system)- organize and label all program equipment in Chantilly high bay
• GFE Custodian for Chantilly
• Spares management-receiving spares but also packaging/shipping to site, or coordinating return for maintenance as needed.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 2 years with shipping and receiving experience for Govt customer; experience with GFE management on DoD contracts

Physical Demands

• Occasional need to lift packages up to 50 lbs
