Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated eCommerce Hub Assistant Supervisor to join our team. This mid-level position plays a vital role in supporting our online sales operations, with a special focus on leading the Lister Team. Working directly with the eCommerce Hub Supervisor, you'll help drive the success of our e-commerce initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain productivity goals for the Lister Team while ensuring quality standards
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Help coordinate the flow of goods through the entire sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
- Track and record team metrics, maintaining detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provide hands-on guidance and individual training to help team members excel in their roles
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure efficient operations
- Step in for the Lead eCommerce Hub Supervisor when needed
What You'll Need
- Experience in e-commerce or retail environment (eBay or Amazon experience preferred)
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
- Capable of occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Good vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed
Working Environment
You'll work in a dynamic setting that combines office, warehouse, and store environments. The workspace may experience temperature fluctuations and contain dust. Our team is dedicated to our mission while embracing modern e-commerce practices to serve our community better.
