Contact Team Lead (MILES)

Contact Team Lead (MILES) Senior (C.5.2) - Leads the Contact Team providing site surveys, packing and unpacking materials and equipment for movement, installation, de-installation, function checks, troubleshooting, forklift activities, supporting surge requirements, and design training device components. Perform MILES repair, preventative and ICS maintenance and training as required. Updates maintenance records in InSITE. Provides daily status reports. Performs depot level maintenance when not performing Contact Team duties. Performs instruction on operations and maintenance of MILES equipment.

Degree(s)/Years of Experience:

• (10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).

Experience:

• Experience leading teams.
• Experience in coordinating and executing comprehensive site surveys, and handling the packing, unpacking, and safe transportation of materials and equipment.
• Experience installing, de-installing, and conducting function checks and troubleshooting of complex systems.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Experience designing training device components.
• Expertise performing device repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Experience updating maintenance records and providing accurate daily status reports. Experience performing depot level maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Clearance: Secret. (C.5.2.1, C.5.2.11, C.5.2.6)
