Architectural Services Representative - Seattle, WA

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Services Representative based in Seattle, WA. This role will report directly to the Architectural Field Sales Manager. The Architectural Services Representative is responsible for for building relationships and obtaining architectural specification opportunities to support end users, architects, and design build firms.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $83,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

Identify and close specification writing opportunities covering the entire portfolio of dormakaba products, solutions, and services within all of the North American businesses

Identify architectural firm office master specification updates and maintenance

Responsible for collaboration with field sales to capture end user facility standard guidelines

The ASR must be capable of identifying specification opportunities within the relevant sections of CSI’s Master Format Division 8, 10, 11 and 28

Ensure high level product selections and applications are designed with appropriate solutions for the facility and specific functions of the end user/owner

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 5+ years’ experience in building materials sales
•  

 

WHAT WE PREFER

• DHT certification
• Bachelor’s Degree; Business Administration, Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Experience in the door & hardware industry
• Current AHC, EHC, DHC, or AOC
