About the Role

Our client, a dynamic entertainment company is seeking a talented part-time, remote 2D or 3D animator to join their creative team. The animator will work on an exciting musical project that combines animation with a folk music theme. This position offers an opportunity to bring cartoon characters to life in a style reminiscent of popular animated series like "Adventure Time" or "Rick and Morty."

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the existing team to animate characters and scenes based on provided storyboards and comic book demos
• Create engaging 2D or 3D animations that complement the musical elements of the project
• Ensure consistency in animation style throughout the project

Requirements

• Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation software
• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques
• Ability to create animations in a cartoon style similar to "Adventure Time" or "Rick and Morty"
• Experience with character animation and expressions
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently
