Description
The Automotive Detailing Supervisor will oversee and participate in achieving productivity objectives. They will direct, motivate, and develop our Service Agent personnel who are responsible for producing exceptionally clean, quality vehicles for our customers. The person in this position will also assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, superior work ethic, good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Primary hours for this position are between 12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate and develop Service Agent personnel
- Manage and monitor productivity of all personnel and location objectives
- Assist in hiring, training, evaluating and scheduling Service Agent personnel
- Actively participate in company QA evaluations as well as conduct in station quality inspections
- Support Midwestern Wheel’s Quality Assurance program to ensure vehicle quality is at a consistently high level
- Produce exceptionally clean, quality vehicles
- Reporting all aspects of productivity to the Service Manager

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and management
- Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules which will include evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as scheduled
- Able to handle confidential information
