Role Summary:

Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in the medical techncology field? Join our team as an Operations & Administrative Support Professional where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team of engineers scientists, and executives as we revolutionize the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Manage office supplies and common area inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications
  • Provide support for daily lunch and events, including logistics and coordination
  • Be the eyes and ears of the office (ex: report any repairs and maintenance needed, security protocol)
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
