The Headlines
The Distributor Sales Executive Lead will act as the Manager of the 5 DSEs in the CSC Network, and is ultimately responsible for all non-control state volume and revenue for Coors Spirits Company; to support the CSC DSEs, in addition to routine people managerial tasks, this individual will lead analytics for Coors Spirits Co, owning development of target account lists, Circana storytelling, and ROI impact for the group. Beyond the executional elements of the role, the DSE Lead will be responsible for oversight and approval of all pricing, incentive, and tactical activities across all CSC touchpoints. The DSE lead position combines analytical insight with an ability to coach and sell; the optimal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and will be someone who can execute as well as coach.
Job Summary

- Lead & Develop the Team
- Provide insights, data and analytic support, and gap reporting for team to cascade through to MCBC, distributor personnel, as well as at the retail level
- Drive Execution of Sales Plan across US (non-control states)
- Ongoing assessment and implementation of CSC pricing plan
- Manage line level relationships with MCBC team, distributor personnel, and retailers
The Other Qualifications:
- 5 – 8 years Sales and Distributor Management; pricing and analytics are preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong, collaborative leadership of cross-functional teams, including driving change
- Strong written and oral communication, including ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations
