NOTE: 2 PROGRAM OPENINGS AT THIS TIME – THIS 24 MONTH PROGRAM BEGINS IN MECHANICVILLE, NY, NEW YORK WITH A ROTATION THROUGH 2 ADDITIONAL US FACILTIES BEFORE PERMANENT ASSIGNMENT WILL BEGIN.

- Base Salary Range for FINANCIAL ANALYST IN FCD PROGRAM IS $47k-$75k.
- Profit Sharing based on profitability of the company is offered as a % of base salary.

DEVELOPMENT WORK WILL INCLUDE:
- Collect and analyze financial data, conduct trend and variance analysis, and support financial modeling and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze the information required to prepare financial statements and management reports for your business unit, your group, or the company.
- Participate in the budget and forecasting,
- Providing insights at the plant level.
- Explore creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve the facilities financial performance.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Highly motivated and driven to produce required deliverables.
- Financial Analysis skills that support financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Analytical experience to learn about and support cost structures and production efficiencies.
- Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams is essential.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Program participants are recent graduates and/or candidates with 1-5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Excel skills, preferably advanced.
- SAP experience helpful.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship is not offered for these positions.
