Facility Background
Join a high-volume corrugated box production plant as a key member of our Maintenance leadership team, ensuring all equipment and production lines run safely, efficiently, and to top quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Plant Safety Maintenance program aligned with industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to uphold the highest operational and strategic standards.
• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily maintenance activities, coordinate equipment repairs, and lead planned shutdowns and start-ups.
• Performance Management: Track department KPIs and operational objectives, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Labor Relations: Participate in negotiations with labor union representatives to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership within a corrugated box or similar manufacturing environment
• Education (preferred):
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or
• Associate (technical) degree in Engineering or Maintenance Technology
