The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate efforts across diverse stakeholder groups, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting and communications. This position requires a strategic thinker who can connect work across programs, identify opportunities for alignment, and ensure successful execution from concept through implementation.

This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility initiatives involving Salesforce modernization, product enablement, process transformation, and enterprise technology integrations while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Technology, Change Management, and Business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and impacts across interconnected initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure priorities remain aligned and duplicate efforts are minimized
  • Develop and deliver executive-level status reporting, presentations, and communications to support decision-making
  • Drive project planning, governance, execution, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas impacted by strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to support Agile delivery practices and iterative solution development
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, artifacts, and governance requirements using established tools and processes
  • Escalate issues appropriately and proactively address obstacles that could impact project delivery
  • Support initiatives involving business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, and user experience enhancement

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What Success Looks Like

  • Independently leads complex initiatives with minimal onboarding and direction
  • Effectively navigates matrixed organizations and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Anticipates risks and dependencies before they become obstacles
  • Delivers clear, concise updates to senior leadership and executive audiences
