Recruiter - Outpatient Imaging Support Staff 

Location: Fort Myers, FL Onsite/Hybrid

We’re hiring an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter to support hiring for key non-clinical roles across our centers, including front desk, schedulers, medical records, and insurance verification. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Business Partner.

Requirements

 What You'll Do:

• Full-cycle recruitment for all imaging support roles
• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and smooth onboarding
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Coordinate radiology students working with colleges and leaders. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
