MFM has grown to become the leading flour miller in Malaysia with regional presence in Vietnam and Indonesia. Over the years, we have expanded into poultry integration, aquaculture, and raw material trading. In FY21, the group revenue was RM2.43 billion.
MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, farming with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet the domestic and international markets, the advanced facility will process up to 300,000 birds per day.

Job Description
- Assist SHO in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health programs at the place of work.
- To carry out audit and inspection in accordance with Plant Policy.
- To assist SHO and coordinate in safety training for complex staff.
- To conduct Safety Inductions for Staff, Contractor, Visitor, and suppliers.
- To conduct monthly assembly and monitor toolbox meeting for every department.
- Take charge on contractor safety management include work permit, induction, monitoring site safety and afterwork housekeeping.
- Manage and conduct data analysis for Safety Observation Program, Non-Compliance, near miss and accident.
- To ensure systematic flow and filing of SHE Documents.
- Assist SHO in planning, manage and track EHS-related tests and monitoring to ensure continued compliance with the relevant requirements.
- Involve in investigation and prepare report for any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
- To be responsible for distribution, maintaining, and recording of Personal Protective Equipment.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Environment Health & Safety or equivalent.
