JOB TITLE:  

Work Study- A&S College Relations Assistant  

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION: 

College of Arts & Sciences Dean's Office 

Job location: Laramie, WY

Pay rate or range: $12.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE:   

The position provides support for undergraduate recruitment efforts and day-to-day office operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The position provides support for undergraduate recruitment efforts and day-to-day office operations. Key responsibilities include: -Assisting with the preparation and distribution of recruiting materials -Supporting recruitment presentations, events, and planning efforts -Helping with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.  

-The students must be a full-time student as defined by the University of Wyoming. -Students must maintain good academic standing. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

Preferred but not required: -Detail oriented -Experience with Canva
