As a seven-person team, we are the backbone of Sunday Natural, managing all HR-related matters and inquiries. As a <strong>(Senior) People Operations Manager</strong> / <strong>HR Manager</strong>, you will play a key role in contract management, contribute to People &amp; Culture projects, and optimize People &amp; Culture Operations to enhance overall employee satisfaction.<br/><br/></span><ul><li>You are part of an 7-people P&amp;C team supporting a company of 250 employees, with continued sustainable growth ahead</li><li>Oversee personnel and organizational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and compliance with labor laws</li><li>Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR processes and structures to support a growing organization, ensuring efficiency and compliance.</li><li>Develop and refine internal workflows, policies, and systems to enhance employee experience, streamline operations, and adapt to the evolving needs of the company.</li><li>Take ownership of specific HR projects and special cases, such as occupational safety, attendance management, BEM &amp; BGM processes, and legal compliance related to contracts and employee relations.</li><li>Maintain and manage employee data in Personio and digital personnel files, handling the creation of employment contracts, certificates, contract amendments, terminations, and monthly reports</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li>At least two years of relevant experience in HR, People &amp; Culture, HR Operations, or People &amp; Organization, preferably in e-commerce, a startup, or a fast-paced environment</li><li>A positive mindset, adaptability to change, and an ability to efficiently handle complex tasks in a dynamic and agile workplace</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills, a proactive approach to challenges, and a forward-thinking mindset</li><li>In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws is a plus, along with a commitment to staying updated on legal developments</li><li>Empathy, tact, and a high level of service orientation, with proficiency in<strong> German (C1) </strong>and English (B2) or higher</li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul><li>An appealing discount on all of our products – from essential oils to vitamins &amp; nutrients</li><li>We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year</li><li>The Urban Sports Club membership, Swapfiets bike rental and a subsidy for the BVG ticket</li><li>A healthy balance is important to us: we offer a hybrid work model and 'workation'</li><li>Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia</li><li>You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas</li><li>Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world</li><li>We like to celebrate each other!
