Description

  • As an People Service Delivery Consultant, you will serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or division
  • You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to our internal stakeholders
  • Your primary focus will be on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practices
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
  • Organizational Development: Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives
  • Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environment
  • HR Consultation: Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee development
  • Stay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentation
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • A combination other education and related professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
  • Change management and project management skills
