Job Summary
Alto is seeking a Senior Director, Product to lead the Services product team reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This critical role will drive the product roadmap and execution for Alto’s technology platform that is powering its pharmacy services, which include patient support, pharmacist workflows, inventory management, purchasing, fulfillment and delivery. As a Senior Director, you’ll have a team of product managers reporting to you and will be responsible for creating and executing on product & technology initiatives that drive efficiency, automation, patient experience and higher quality. Alto’s services include unique technology capabilities in prescription processing, fulfillment and delivery. Alto provides some of the highest quality and premium services in the industry at the highest efficiency. Alto’s services save providers hours of time on the phone with pharmacies and insurance companies to find affordable treatment options for patients and provide a convenient and seamless delivery experience to the patients.
Job Description

Lead, coach, and develop a product group to deliver exceptional results, scale our operations, introduce groundbreaking automation and provide a premium consumer experience which maintains Alto’s differentiation in the market and develops additional growth drivers for customer acquisition.
Define and measure effectiveness, quality and efficiency for the entire services organization and optimize the patient journey through the entire value stream from getting the script from the clinic through intake, billing, data check, prior auth, clarifications, fulfillment, purchasing, inventory mgmt and last mile delivery
Be responsible for developing and building strong partnerships and operational performance to meet Alto’s rapid growth and expansion.
Leading project teams from concept to execution to launch and post launch activities / validation. This includes defining the project scope/hypothesis, goal and metrics, timeline, and leading the impact analysis to inform future product improvements and investments.
Develop the strategic product roadmap for the services organization in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
Directly manage a group of senior and experienced product managers.
A Bit About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as Communications, Engineering, Data, Pharmacy, or similar. Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience with end-to-end product development, delivery, and lifecycle management and delivery including influencing without authority, guiding discussions on roadmap strategy and prioritization, organizational and product trade offs,
8+ years experience leading a team of technical product managers. Expertise doing so in supply chain, support operations, or pharmacy preferred.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills; Ability to lead a team across multiple locations
Passion for leading and developing direct reports; providing guidance, consultation, and opportunities towards improving their professional skill set; ability to lead and influence direct reports remotely
Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-do’s – vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable
Clear and concise communication and experience interacting with and presenting to leadership - be just as comfortable presenting to your peers as you are to the C-suite team

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.
This position requires occasional travel therefore you must be able to sit for extended periods of time on airplanes and/or in vehicles, lift and carry luggage independently, navigate long distance
