Adventist Healthcare Information Technology seeks to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager for our Information Technology Team who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Technical Project you will:
• Responsible for entire lifecycle management (i.e. pre-planning through closure) of AHC technology projects.
• Lead development and implementation of project management plans based on the AHC project management process. Communicate plans in senior forums.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical design reviews including coordination of AHC Information Technology team members, AHC service line team members, and vendor implementation teams.
• Support vendor sales negotiations and provide project direction to vendor implementation teams.
• Integrate product and outcome based measurement data into project management strategies to increase team productivity.
• Additional Duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Bachelor’s degree in business or health care with a technology concentration; Master’s Degree in Technology (preferred)
• 4-5 years’ experience supporting IT organizations in a customer facing support role
• At least 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry
• Project Management Professional
• Critical thinking skills required to shape senior level perspectives in structured and unstructured settings
• Understanding of hospital and/or primary care provider departmental workflows
• Fast response to multiple, competing priorities while providing excellent service
• Effective and proactive communication, self-driven and independent with attention to detail
• Understanding of Electronic Medical Record technologies and their integration points into ancillary workflows and systems
• HIPAA understanding - Preferred

$77,313.60 - $115,980.80If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
