Position Overview 

The SVP/ Head of Product for Verisk Casualty will be responsible for overseeing our SaaS based product teams including Liability Navigator; wcNavigator; wcPrism and Discovery Navigator reporting directly into the President of Casualty Solutions.

Responsibilities include:  

• Leader of the Verisk Casualty product organization: ensure cohesive alignment across product development, client experience, employee experience, staffing, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Drive the development and execution of short- and long-term growth and retention strategies, with a focus on innovation and market-leading products, customer value realization, and revenue generation. 
• Identify areas for process and product improvement
• Align and optimize customer experience for consistency across product groups
• Lead budget planning and resource allocation across product teams, working collaboratively with IT/ sales/ marketing leadership.
• Foster a continued strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and high-performance standards, maintaining or exceeding current levels of engagement
• Collaborate with senior executive leadership to set overall goals and key performance metrics
• Serve as a face of the product function, internally and externally

Qualifications

• College Degree/ Masters Preferred
• 10+ years Insurance/ Analytics Experience
• Large Team/ Executive leadership
• Experience in P&L Ownership
• Experience in leading insurance products
• Experience in project management and product strategy
• Ecosystem Partnership + Client Engagement experience
• You build trust and strong, collaborative working relationships with product leadership, product team members, and cross functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, HR)
