Requirements

• 5+ years in backend software development

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with orchestration tools like YARN, Airflow, Argo, or Temporal

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and build features for SaaS apps with a focus on scalability and performance

• Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver functionality

• Ensure application reliability and resolve technical bottlenecks

• Maintain clean, efficient code and support development best practices

• Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth within the team
