Senior Specialist International Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the execution of the CIS strategy in close collaboration with VP International Sales.
• Manage strategic partners by providing hands on guidance and support to meet brand and commercial expectations.
• Implement the category offense strategies and expand into new distribution channels. 
• Continuously evaluate the performance of key macro markets, partners and channels and lead follow-up actions until closed. 
• Formulate sales forecast, budgets and targets on a timely manner.
• Develop bi-weekly business update and monthly market and competitor intelligence reports.
• Partner up with the wider cross functional teams to achieve KPI’s. 

 
Your profile of qualification:

• Successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably MBA degree.
• 8 years international work experience preferably in the fashion and premium goods industries. 
• Proven track record of business operation in the CIS region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  
• Fluency in English (Russian language is a plus).
• Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
