Job Responsibilities

· Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage

· Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC systems in residential homes

· Offer HVAC solutions to customers with your expertise

Job Requirements:

· Great Attitude with a dedication to quality work

· Customer service oriented

· Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience is REQUIRED

· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

· Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· EPA Certification type 2 or type 3 REQUIRED

· 7+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the HVAC Service Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
