Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER:

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale procurement projects, ensuring alignment with company policies, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will collaborate with a team of EOR,  Electrical Contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the project lifecycle, from project award through to final delivery and close-out.
• Responsible for overseeing the equipment approval process before issuing purchase orders.
• Responsible for project budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate meetings with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Foster clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize delays or cost overruns
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project execution.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of project contracts, change orders, meeting notes, and approvals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams to maintain high performance and morale.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in electrical distribution equipment.
• Experience with wholesale distribution projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
