Abbott Nutrition is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to drive the next evolution of our omnichannel and shopper marketing capabilities. As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, you will architect and lead integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies that accelerate growth across retail and digital ecosystems.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, retail media, and sales strategy, with a mandate to transform how Abbott engages consumers and shoppers across all touchpoints. You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, influencing retailer partnerships, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Strategy & Growth
Lead development and execution of fully integrated omnichannel strategies that drive conversion, increase shopper engagement, and deliver measurable sales and share growth across key retail partners
Translate shopper, consumer, and retailer insights into actionable marketing plans that optimize the full purchase journey across online and offline channels
Partner with Brand, Sales, and Sales Strategy teams to align omnichannel programs with enterprise growth priorities and retailer objectives
Retail Media & Performance Marketing
Own and evolve Abbott Nutrition’s retail media strategy, including search, display, and biddable platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing)
Drive ROI-focused media investment decisions, establishing best-in-class measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency, conversion rates, and incremental lift, ensuring continuous optimization of investment
Strategic Partnerships & JBP Influence
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with retailers and third-party platforms to enhance marketing capabilities and unlock co-investment opportunities
Translate omnichannel and retail media strategies into a competitive advantage in Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions
Evaluate, select, and manage external partners and agencies to support innovation and execution excellence
