Job Description
The EVERSANA Virtual Sales Specialist will be responsible for positioning Shorla Oncology as a leader through development of long-term relationships with Key Customers and maintaining a high level of clinical expertise by consistently utilizing all available medical information resources. The position will center on contacting hospital pharmacies, infusion clinics, and HCP specialist offices (Oncology, Rheumatology) to create awareness of assigned products, discuss formulary access, pricing, and encourage ordering. Excellent customer service skills along with marketing and sales acumen are vital to this role. Additionally, the position requires the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy and insurance landscapes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of general disease state, assigned product features and benefits, and core selling messages.
- Develop expertise in delivery of core sales messaging for assigned promotional products.
- Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals set forth by the client.
- Ensure that literature requests are generated accurately.
- Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions and literature requests.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Assigned virtual territories and held accountable for results compensated based on a mix of overall volume/metrics and outcomes.
- All other duties as assigned.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (10 days per year possible)
- Hours (40 per week, 5-days of the week)

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university, or equivalent experience
- 1 plus years’ experience in a tele-sales/telemarketing/inside sales/virtual sales role
- Able to articulate complex clinical data
- Ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy and insurance landscapes
