THE JOB:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests during their time at our property and providing an outstanding level of guest services.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $20/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests.

• Enjoy working while being a part of our special events, concerts, and with guests from all over the world.

• Being the highlight of our guests’ experience while taking in all that T-Mobile Arena has to offer.

• Working in an event-based role that allows you to experience everything from an amazing concert to an energetic hockey crowd.   

• Shifts offer will vary based on T-Mobile events that are scheduled. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.

• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve them with a positive outcome.

• Detail-orientated and able to make sound decisions in stressful situations with the support of leadership.
