Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician

•    Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers. Survey Tip: Semiconductor companies should match this position with technicians who are involved in front-end maintenance only.

Job Description
o    Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor processing equipment
o    Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with PM specifications
o    Give accurate and detailed pass downs of problems found and repairs performed
o    Update and maintain equipment logs and work orders in  MES and CMMS
o    Work with equipment engineering and other cross functional groups in support of continuous improvement activities for availability, productivity, and yield enhancement.
o    Assist in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment

Pay Range:

N40-USA-1 :$29.80 - $37.25
