Responsibilities

• Train and Supervisor maintenance staff
• Implements preventative maintenance and oversees team strategy
• Responds to unplanned breakdowns or system failures
• Ensures reliable functioning of all plant systems including, utilities, phone, security, and IT
• Maintains grounds including landscaping and parking lot
• Reviewing and managing worker performance. Setting performance standards
• Coordinating with other functions for completion of necessary work
• Point of contact with contractors and inspectors. Ensures that contractors are aware of and following all safety requirements
• Communication of results
• Participates on project teams and would be involved in layout, equipment selection, cost estimates, etc.
• Regularly monitors conditions in plant and makes necessary corrections and repairs
• Motivates and develops staff. Promotes teamwork and demonstrates continuous improvement
• General Facility responsibilities including but not limited to Hazardous Waste Removal
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical preferred), or equivalent demonstrated capability based on experience
• 5 years in facilities/maintenance supervisory position; Industrial Environment preferred
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance experience and ability to demonstrate through direct work
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices; Ex: Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonic Thermography, Laser Alignment, etc.
• Demonstrated experienced of CAPEX Implementation
• Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Exc
