Who are we looking for?

The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences for a 24 hour contract.

Good to know Start date & OnboardingThe successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned location. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.
TrainingUpon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn 6 of our core treatments.
To be considered for this role, you must be available for travel to Poole and attend the 6 week course below:

• Start date: Monday 29th September or earlier
• Travel to Poole: Sunday 12th October 
• Start training course: Monday 13th October
• Training runs from Monday to Friday
• End of training course: Friday 21st November
• Back in your spa w/c 24th November

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well as travel expenses for 2 weekends of your choice during the training period.  Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.
Please note that the training dates are not flexible and cannot be changed.
