In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality administrative support for the sales process and be a key point of contact between departments.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>Ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and purchase requests</p></li><li><p>Act as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding order management</p></li><li><p>Monitor and follow up on orders throughout the full sales cycle</p></li><li><p>Utilize CRM systems (Sales tool and quotation tool) to manage customer interactions and order workflows</p></li><li><p>Support the factory purchasing process for the delivery of ordered goods</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and qualitative administrative handling of order data in ERP systems</p></li></ul><h3><b>Role Purpose</b></h3><p>The Inside Sales Assistant ensures that sales orders are entered and tracked effectively, supporting smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
