Role: Data Operations AnalystDuration: Long-term contract Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
Data Operations Analyst is responsible for production support and provisioning of data intensive applications and processes specific to supporting multiple lines of business.
Primary Responsibilities•Performs tasks of moderate complexity, including the monitoring and execution of production processes•Troubleshoots job access issues, initiate corrective action, and escalate, if necessary•Provision Access to Applications•Performs root cause analysis and post mortems•Coordinates work effort with team members and Sailpoint Support team to ensure a smooth transition of production support issues•Understands business processes related to Application Provisioning•Identifies improvement opportunities through process analysis•Analyzes and solves complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations•Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment•Sailpoint Experience Preferred
Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and two (2) years of experience •OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience
Preferences •Experience with Sailpoint, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow
Skills and Competencies•Ability to draw inferences in the context of an overall picture•Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, while meeting business timeframes•Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams•Ability to work productively and cooperatively in a team environment is critical•Ability to work with multiple technologies and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly•Demonstrated ability to work within aggressive timelines•Must work well in a team environment, as well as, independently•Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to change•Strong communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts•Meticulous with high levels of concentration in approach to work with a strong drive for results
