Job Summary:
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Manufacturing Staff Analyst (SAP PP) to join our SAP Applications team in Casa Grande, AZ. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business users, developers, and the PMO team, leading key initiatives in manufacturing execution systems. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented leader who can drive improvements in existing functionality, support junior team members, and ensure alignment with Lucid’s production goals.
You Will:
• Lead manufacturing-related SAP projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues, enhancements, and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in current processes and recommending system enhancements.
• Facilitate and lead discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and work closely with development teams for successful delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts by providing technical and functional guidance.
• Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities during project rollouts.
You Bring:
• Master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing systems, preferably within an SAP environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP ME/MII, SAP PP, or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Understanding of shop floor integration and real-time production monitoring.
• Knowledge of agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
