We seek individuals with a sense of purpose and for whom detail and craftsmanship are of their essence; individuals that are curious, demonstrate initiative, and love solving problems.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in technical designs for products migrating to a shared Kubernetes environment</li> <li>Installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical hosts used to support production and non-production applications</li> <li>Development of deployment automation using Ansible</li> <li>Orchestration of Kubernetes workloads</li> <li>Coordination with other technical staff to deploy systems and software</li> <li>Performance of operational support functions, including problem isolation and resolution</li> <li>Documentation of processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plans</li> <li>Provide critical technical leadership in Kubernetes environments (on-prem and AWS)</li> <li>Regularly reporting progress to management</li> <li>Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with other team members</li> <li>Work with software developers to plan and deploy services and software</li> </ul> <p>Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, excellent troubleshooting instincts, curiosity about new technologies, and strong investment in maintaining secure and available services.
