Patient Casing Specialist – Full-Time Position – Panther Creek Location

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Patient Casing Specialist to support our medical practice by preparing and maintaining encounter tickets for upcoming appointments. This role works closely with the Front Office Operations Manager and may split time between operational casing and front desk Patient Services coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Case encounter tickets for upcoming appointments across all clinic locations
• Ensure tickets are completed accurately and in advance
• Verify insurance, authorizations, and referrals
• Maintain accurate patient registration in the EHR
• Provide front desk support, including patient check-in/out and phone coverage, as needed
• Assist with schedules, batches, co-pays, and daily clinic operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a medical or clinic environment preferred
• Required experience with electronic health record systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
