SALARY RANGE

$76,208.58 - $78,242.75 Annually                       $2,931.09 - $3,009.33 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This position is responsible for serving as a supporting consultant and policy analyst for the Agency Senior Behavior Analyst to deploy policy and rule related to standards of behavior service oversight and practices in the community and the Developmental Disabilities Centers (DDCs). The position is also responsible for assisting in the oversight provided to DDC supervising behavior analysts; community based Regional behavior analysts and behavioral service providers throughout the state by addressing consistency in local behavioral service oversight, provider practices and consumer matters, as well as providing technical assistance to agency personnel, providers and consumers.

 

The Work You Will Do 

The position requires comprehensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis and the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities. The position will assist in the development, deployment and interpretation of relevant rules, statute, policies, procedures, and behavior analytic information, related to requirements for the appropriate implementation of behavioral assessment, intervention methods, program review and approval, as well as use of reactive strategies.
