Our Account Managers are critical to the success of Mission’s growth; thus, we are seeking determined, highly motivated and driven sales professionals to join our growing team!
We offer a competitive, tiered base salary starting at $70,000 up to $90,000 and an uncapped commission plan. The sky is the limit on your earning potential!

The Account Manager is responsible for account growth by initiating and maintaining ongoing professional contacts and relationships with physicians, area health facilities, community organizations, state and county medical societies and similar groups and institutions. The Account Manager will educate referral sources and patients on available services, conduct meaningful, quality sales calls and meet the required admission goals.
Key Responsibilities:· Manages daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.· Facilitates education on guidelines and agency services provided.· Participates in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals, and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare.· Coordinates with physician offices for necessary documentation, such as physician signature on orders, required addendums and other documents in a timely manner.· Develops and implements marketing plans, assist in establishing territory volume projections and monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.· Maintains comprehensive knowledge of Mission Healthcare’s markets including major payor groups, key referral sources and competitor’s market positioning.· Builds and maintains positive relationships with referral and payor sources.· Monitors and reports on cost-effective marketing efforts.· Remains educated and up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes.
Territory - Reseda - Northridge - Santa Clarita
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).· Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing management, preferably in home health.· Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.· Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, their families and the community.· Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. · Valid driver’s license.
