Dymax invites you to join our exceptional team as our Global Compliance Administration Manager. Based in Torrington, Connecticut, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our compliance policy management, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop, update, and harmonize customer-facing compliance policies with local, national, and global regulations.
In addition, you will:
- Partner with functional subject matter experts to develop and update customer-facing compliance policies and procedures that align with evolving regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure that local, country, and global regulations/standards are incorporated into our programs and policies in a clear, comprehensive, and readily accessible to all employees.
- Lead projects focused on assessing compliance risks and crafting strategies for their mitigation. Identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and execute standardized process framework for responding to customer-specific compliance surveys and inquiries, ensuring customer compliance requirements are met.
- Incorporate automation, AI, and other technology enhancements to improve efficiency, manage redundancy, and create compliance database of standard information for the organization and internal/external inquiry processing.
- Partner with functional subject matter experts and teams to Implement robust systems and processes for ongoing monitoring of customer facing compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular compliance reports for senior management.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate governance practices and ensuring compliance with relevant corporate governance standards.
- Partner with Supply Chain and functional quality resources to plan and implement customer-facing compliance-related projects involving suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet contractual obligations and adhere to applicable regulations.
- Design and implement appropriate compliance training (related to customer facing requirements) programs aimed at educating employees and stakeholders on relevant compliance requirements, business considerations, and obligations.
Requirements
You should have:
- BS/BA Degree essential, preferably paralegal studies or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in a global or multinational context.
- 5+ years of experience in technology or manufacturing related business.

Salary Range: $98,722 - $123,122
