About the role
Assistant Production Manager
ICSD Fine and Performing Arts Department seeks an Assistant Production Manager to help with producing aspects of our extracurricular theater activities district wide. This role is crucial in bringing our educational productions to life, working closely with the Fine and Performing Arts Director, creative teams, and student producers to create a high-quality and enriching educational theater experience for students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with student producers in ticketing, sales, publicity & marketing
- Coordinate food donations for tech week and concessions
- Coordinate displays and volunteers for front of house
- Coordinate ticket and concession sales front of house
- Compile and assemble the show programs
- Support student production crews (i.e. stage management, backstage crew,
costumes, props, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience in theater production, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, creative teams, volunteers and caregiver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
