For the finance provider for one of our brands, <b>MAN Financial Services</b> takes care of all the offerings to support the success of our MAN customers but also the sales of our MAN brand.</p> <h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h2> <p>/ You develop a roadmap for and manage sales support tools, methods, and processes<br/> / With your prioritisation of business requirements and initiative on development for applicable CRM systems, quotation tools, back-office systems, you support local implementations and drive the harmonisation within the BUs<br/> / You drive projects and develop new offerings for MFS including taking an active role in supporting the business units<br/> / Your representation in cross-functional work safeguards the financial service perspective and secures development activities in line with future objectives, trends, and markets demands<br/> / You perform market analysis and report findings to the management team<br/> / You drive the close collaboration between our BUs and with TFS Operations, TFS Digital&amp;IT, and MAN Truck &amp; Bus</p> <h2><b>YOUR SKILLS</b></h2> <p>/ Completed university degree (Master, Diploma) with a focus on Business Administration or Economics<br/> / At least five years of professional experience in business or sales development – preferably at an OEM, a leasing / financial services company or a bank; Knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector preferred<br/> / Very good understanding from working with sales processes, systems, and tools as well as respective finance and insurance products <br/> / Broad experience in product and concept development, as well as in digital transformation and change management<br/> / Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility<br/> / Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential</p> <p><b><span id="cke_bm_9991S"> </span></b></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span>WHAT TRATON OFFERS YOU</span></b></p> <p>/ A very good salary package according to IG Metal and Electro collective bargaining agreement<br/> incl.
