We are seeking a DAI Sr. Consultant to support the Marine Corps. In this role you will provide comprehensive support to the HQMC Programs & Resources (P&R) Division by implementing and integrating the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system, optimizing financial management processes, and delivering extensive user training. You'll ensure robust data collection and management practices, employ advanced analytical tools for real-time insights, and leverage predictive analytics for strategic decision-making. Additionally, your support will encompass detailed budget planning and execution, compliance with financial regulations, and effective cost management strategies. Day to day responsibilities include:• Provide DAI Operational Support. • Provide DAI System Integration Support (SIS); • Reconcile data (including DAI Financials) with supporting inter-face systems. • Provide cradle-to-grave DAI functionality training and support for CMC Staff via face-to-face or digital collaboration tools s• Develop standard operating procedures, How-To manuals and other documents outlining DAI processes and procedures.• Develop and maintain Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) reports, dashboards, and scorecards to meet business requirements.• Optimize the performance of OBIEE solutions, including tuning queries and reports for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills/Experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably supporting DoD
- Bachelors Degree in related field (2 additional years experience required if Associates Degree, 4 additional years if no postsecondary degree attained)
