About this opportunity
This is a role within Personal Banking Analytics / Data, Digital Sales and Engagement. We are building the omnichannel customer journey experience and for that we need to connect different data sources across our platforms and applications. Right product, right process, right message, right channel, at the right time for the right customer.
We are looking for a curious, driven Data Analyst / Data Scientist that is a crucial part of implementing this strategy. Someone who is comfortable working on their own or as part of team to support Personal Banking (business stakeholders).
What you will be doing
You will enable Digital Sales to use the power of date and analytics to create the omnichannel experience. Providing insights and recommendations, driving intelligent automation by applying model-based solutions, simplification of processes and identifying new data sources to our marketing automation tools. You will collaborate with the team to develop our data into advanced AI models, predicting customer's future needs and behaviour in digital channels.
In addition you will:
- Analyse how our omnichannel business is developing including e.g. sales, activity performance, customer behaviour, pricing, process steps and demand.
- Design and develop customer engagement activities: suggest target group, evaluate data availability, support utilizing sufficient control groups, monitor the outcome of activities and evaluate the results.
- Participate actively in the work of digital customer journey teams, training and coaching the team to utilize data & analytics.
- Enable data for analytics, reporting and marketing automation tool(s).
- Recommend and perform analysis of different data sources to spot development trends and pain points.
- Together with a wider data analyst community, take part into building analytics & tools needed for business development.
Who you are
We are looking for someone that loves working with data and analytics - someone who can look at all kinds of data and see meaning, insights, ideas, opportunities and elevate analysis and strategic thinking to support the team in delivering the best customer experiences.
You have the skills and mindset to take ownership of the whole spectrum of data science: data gathering, cleaning, engineering and modelling, while taking the business perspective into account. You have a passion for data and quantitative analysis, you are able to access databases and write your own scripts, and to perform different types of data analysis.

Your experience and background:
- Academic degree in highly quantitative discipline or specialisation such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance and you have understanding of statistical concepts (e.g. Hypothesis Testing) and machine learning models.
