As a Full-Time Line Cook, you will consistently be prepping and cooking menu dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Line Cook Compesation: 

$20-$22 | an hour and based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Display thorough knowledge of our menus and dishes.
• Prepare various foods, including meat, seafood, vegetables, and more, for restaurants, banquets, and events.
• Set up stations and prepare sauces and garnishes for the allocated station.
• Taste all food items for quality purposes before serving.
• Cover, date, and correctly store all items per safe food-handling procedures.
• Maintain an organized and sanitized work area at all times.
• Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including cross-training.

Requirements

• 2 years previous experience preferred.
• Food Safety Certification or willing to obtain through company-provided course.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to walk and stand in the kitchen's heat and moisture for long periods of time.
