You Are:

Experienced working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions. Ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. 

The Work:

Help redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the Shared Services platform. Responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management.

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of experience managing projects including budget, schedule, and risk management
• 3 years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts
• 3 years of experience managing and working client processes   

Bonus points if you have:

• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Security Clearance:

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $90,700 - $168,400 

Colorado: $90,700 - $145,500 

New York City: $105,000 - $168,400

Washington: $96,600 - $154,900
