This Business Analyst role serves as a crucial link between technical development, QA, UAT and business stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for software projects.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions to understand the needs of various stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and current/future process flow diagrams.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, considering factors such as business value, feasibility, and impact on existing systems or processes.
- Identify dependencies and potential risks associated with requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and designers to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions align with the organization's goals and strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst and working with a customer support organization.
- Understanding of business process management and reengineering focusing on process improvements
- Experience in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience investigating, proactively researching solutions, and proposing unique options
- Experience with ServiceNow platform (Case, Incident), Service Catalog and HR Modules as well as in application reporting tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and a user-centric approach to process design and implementation.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Experience in business process architecture or strategic plan
