Revenue Cycle Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Establish and maintain systems and processes that support timely submission of claims to payers resulting in payment maximization that is both efficient and effective.
• Supervising the revenue cycle team in various duties, such as communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, working denials, claims posting, contract analysis, and billing.
• Identify process and strategy to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Direct follow up work for unpaid claims and taking appropriate actions to ensure prompt payment.
• Oversee enrollment and setup for all new clinics in the billing software and portals.
• Create enrollments for claims/remits for payers and new clinics. 
• Oversee claims processing and review for rejections trends.
• Responsible for the hiring, training, planning and structure of the Revenue Cycle team and workflow.
• Oversee the billing and revenue cycle setup for new partners.
• Responsible for compliance with payer rules, requirements and setting.
• Oversee and facilitate new payer onboarding, setup, and enrollments.
• Efficiently managing patient complaints with respect to billing and collections.
• Identify at risk accounts and determine action required.
• Responsible for the benefit of the verification process and communication.
• Manage accounts receivable, including analyzing payer and offering solutions to reduce aging time.
• Act as the revenue cycle management subject matter expert, including monthly reporting, identifying issues affecting performance and recommended actions to drive success.
