Our team, comprising diverse employees with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, is passionate about solving challenging problems and making a huge impact.</p> <p>We're looking for skilled and experienced engineers to join our team and help lay the groundwork for our growing software platform. We believe in using the best tool for the job. While we’re always looking to improve, in this role, those tools currently include:</p> <ul> <li>Python</li> <li>Vue.js</li> <li>Django + DRF</li> <li>Docker</li> <li>AWS: EKS, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, SQS, MSK/Kafka</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Do </h2> <ul> <li>Solve interesting problems with code. </li> <li>Build new features for internal and external users, and refactor existing ones to make them better.</li> <li>Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve problems in sustainable ways. Sometimes you'll be neck-deep in low-level systems, and other times you'll be pairing up with the front-end team on the user interface.</li> <li>Drive the architecture of our application platform, considering the team and our future product roadmap.</li> <li>Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams.</li> <li>Drive and uphold high engineering standards, bringing consistency to the codebases you encounter and ensuring software is adequately reviewed, tested, and integrated.</li> <li>Mentor, learn, and share knowledge with others along the way.</li> <li>Take responsibility for the quality of the code produced by you and the team.</li> <li>Contribute to a SaaS platform used in clinical trial workflows, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with clinical, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure software changes meet validation expectations and support inspection readiness.</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Need</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Computer Science or equivalent.</li> <li>0-2 years of full life cycle development experience in python.</li> <li>An insatiable intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly in a complex space.</li> <li>Experience and skills in designing and building python-based (FastAPI or Django) applications.</li> <li>Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO design.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with a distributed
