Pay: $17.50–$21.44 per hour, based on experience
Additional increase may be available for certifications or advanced education

What You’ll Do
As a Hospice Assistant, you are an essential member of the care team, supporting patients and families with skill and compassion.
• Provide personal care in accordance with each patient’s written plan of care
• Accurately document all care provided
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families
• Observe and report changes in condition, concerns, or needs to the hospice team
• Support patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For
• STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful
• Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa
• Minimum two years of personal care experience
• One year of home health or hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
